Turn your idea into something real
Have you ever thought: "There has to be a better way to do this." The AI Innovation Hub gives every Programmed employee the opportunity to submit ideas that could improve the way we work. Whether it's a repetitive task, an inefficient process, or an opportunity to enhance customer or employee experiences, we want to hear your ideas. If your idea is selected, we'll help bring it to life through funding, expert support and development opportunities.
Success Story: NSC's Genesys
This initiative demonstrates how AI-enabled technology can help create smarter and more efficient customer service experiences. By bringing customer interactions and information into a single platform, employees can access the insights they need more quickly, reduce manual effort, and make more informed decisions. AI-powered analytics and automation also help identify trends, improve productivity, and support consistent service delivery, allowing teams to spend more time focusing on customers and high-value work.
How can I bring my idea to life?
1) Submit your idea using the form linked below or scan the QR code on posters and TV screens around your workplace.
2) The Group IT AI practice will assess each submission.
3) If your idea is selected, you will pitch to the AI Steering Committee (think Shark Tank style, but nicer).
4) If your pitch is successful, Group IT will provide the funding to develop a prototype as a proof of concept.
5) Relevant business units will assess your prototype for potential rollout across the business.
