We want to inform you of an important update regarding the decommissioning of ProMap as part of the NextGen transition.
Please share the following important update with your subcontractors:
As part of the NextGen technology transition, the PFM ProMap mobile app has now been decommissioned and will soon be removed completely from both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Subcontractors can now delete the ProMap app from their devices.
Going forward, all work orders must continue to be accessed and processed via the ProMap Dashboard. Continued use of the mobile app may result in data that is incomplete or unreliable, and could affect downstream processes.
If subcontractors require a copy of the work order to distribute to technicians, they can contact the Operations Team to request a PDF version.
From 8th May 2025, all new jobs should be issued with a PDF version of the work order as standard, until the NextGen technology transition is complete.
