A 9-level seaside residential complex, architecturally designed, underwent extensive restoration. A team of eight painters spent 4,000 hours safely navigating curved façades and balconies. Programmed team applied a specialized three-coat system to protect against saltwater air, restoring the exterior to its former glory with minimal disruption to residents.

Located on Darwin’s CBD fringe, a 40-block apartment underwent remedial works including repainting to prevent water ingress. The project expanded to include window cleaning, upgrading stainless steel handrails, silicone sealing of windows, and new awnings, resulting in a cohesive and refreshed appearance.

A 40-year-old beachfront building with 30 units near Surfers Paradise and Kurrawa Beach underwent a comprehensive maintenance program. This included a full repaint and concrete cancer repairs, completed within 7 months. Annual washdowns and painting maintenance are now conducted to preserve longevity and ensure the building remains visually stunning.
