About NETTS

Get paid to train with NETTS

The NETTS Apprenticeships are offered over a four-year period and include training at ACEPT TAFE, as well as on-the-job training across a number of host sites.

If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enjoy hands-on learning, and are passionate about becoming a master tradesperson, then we want you to apply.

  • Complete first-year training at the ACEPT TAFE campus in Munster.
  • Build practical skills through a FIFO roster with a partner energy facility in years 2-4.
  • Gain paid, hands-on experience and strong career prospects in the energy industry.
Pathways

Choose a pathway that fits your interests.

NETTS supports entry into technical and trade pathways across the energy industry, with structured training, workplace experience and support from Programmed.

Process Operator

For people interested in plant operations, monitoring equipment, safety, problem solving and working in complex industrial environments.

Mechanical Fitter

For people suited to hands-on mechanical work, maintenance, equipment repair and practical trade skills.

Instrumentation Electrician

For people interested in electrical systems, instrumentation, fault finding and technology used across energy facilities.
